Procedure for Duplicate grade card :

Application for duplicate grade card to the Examination Committee

Affidavit of lost grade card

Police Complaint of the lost grade card

Fine in cash in the College Office to be paid and receipt of the same to be attached

After the receipt of the above said documents, the duplicate grade card will be issued after 7 working days by the Examination Committee.
